General Conditions
- All orders are final and non-refundable, unless a mistake was made on our end.
- If you aren't completely happy with your order contact us directly and we will work hard to sort any issues out.
- The product is marshmallows and variations and slight inconsistency per marshmallow and marshmallow batch does happen.
- Toppings or marshmallow flavours may vary slightly due to change in suppliers product formulations and production and all times we will keep you informed of any major changes. This may affect our product photography and representation.
- Allergen information is provided on our website, but we cannot completely guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination with allergens from external suppliers.
- Our products are not intended for resale without our prior consent.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, and will issue a refund in this case.
- We cannot be held responsible for any reactions or illnesses caused by consuming our products.
- Our marshmallows are intended for personal consumption only and should not be used for any other purpose.
- We reserve the right to update our prices and product offerings at any time without notice.
- We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies on our website or in our marketing materials.
- We cannot guarantee the availability of specific flavours or sizes at all times.
- We reserve the right to limit the quantity of marshmallows that can be purchased in a single order.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Shipping
- We are not responsible for lost packages, wrong delivery, delays or damage caused by shipping carriers. We pack our marshmallow diligently and have trialled and tested the most effective ways so your marshmallows are despatched perfectly. If your product is damaged by the courier take a photo of the damage and take up the issue directly with Australia Post. If your product arrives with damaged internal packaging we will resend your order as promptly as possible.
- If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Each parcel is insured for its full value with Australia Post and therefore will be covered by insurance. As per Australia Post policies you will be required to take the damaged parcel to your local post office for inspection so that they will cover the item. Please note that any items that are thrown away, discarded of, eaten or are otherwise not available for inspection will not able to be covered. DO NOT CONSUME DAMAGED MARSHMALLOWS if you claiming for damage.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. If you have an event that you require the marshmallows for make sure you allow plenty of lead time.
Refunds
- We do not accept change of mind instances or if your financial situation falters or your event is cancelled or postponed unless you get back to us within 12 hours of your order having been received. A 10% admin fee will be charged for any refund. Any order dispatched cannot receive a refund unless the product is faulty
- We cannot refund an order because you do not like the taste. Everyones tastes are different and subjective and we cannot guarantee our flavours suit everyones palette.
- Refunds generally take about 24 hours depending on your bank.
- As our product is perishable we cannot refund a product once it has been delivered.
