NUTS
Some topping manufacturers state that their toppings may have been made on machinery that has also be used for manufacturing of products with tree nuts.
GLUTEN
As far as we know our products do not contain any gluten but due to using outside suppliers its difficult for us to guarantee absolutely that our products are free of gluten.
All our toppings are certified vegan including the colouring.
Shelf Life
Store your marshmallows in a cool, dark environment (away from bugs and direct sunlight) and they should last for 2 weeks.
You can freeze the marshmallows and they should last a lot longer, up to 3 months frozen.
You can also refrigerate the marshmallows but this might alter the consistency of the marshmallow slightly and we don't recommend this.
If you do freeze your marshmallows you should let then stand for about 20 minutes to let them defrost properly. Freezing marshmallows hardly affects them at all - which is good! This means you can order them for an event , freeze them as soon as they arrive and you won't be let down!

Our average standard marshmallows sizes are
50mm in width and depth and 40mm in height.

These sizes may vary slightly from marshmallow to marshmallow as part of the nature of the product.
